AI Pure Focus started in 2021 when two machine learning engineers grew tired of watching businesses pay for AI projects that never left the prototype stage. We decided to do things differently: scope tightly, deliver quickly, and measure everything.
Our office sits on Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre. Most of our clients are within an hour's drive, though we work with companies across the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe. Being local matters to us because the best AI projects come from close collaboration, not from emailing spreadsheets back and forth.
We keep the team intentionally small. Seven people, each with at least five years of hands-on experience in production machine learning. That means you talk directly to the person writing your models, not to an account manager relaying messages.
Every engagement starts with a two-week discovery sprint. We look at your data, your infrastructure, and your actual business question. If AI is not the right answer, we tell you. About one in five initial enquiries leads us to recommend a simpler solution instead, and we are fine with that.
